1. Single grinding wheel structure machine: adjacent grinding wheel forward and reverse high-speed rotation, the whole combination of low-speed public rotation and left and right scurry, through grinding, brushing, sweeping, thwarting and other actions, all-round removal of workpiece residual burrs and chamfering. The surface roughness Ra0.5-2.5, R angle 0.2-1.5, cutting volume 1-20um, the precision is adjustable and controllable.

2. Combined version of the equipment consists of abrasive belt + abrasive wire wheel combination structure. The abrasive belt rotates at high speed and scurries quickly to grind the surface of the workpiece to remove the large burrs and slag from the flanged edges, and then remove the edges and round the corners through the grinding head of the grinding wheel.

3. The grinding wheel head is made of soft material, which can be inserted into the groove hole of the workpiece to remove the inward burr and not affect the surface accuracy of the workpiece.
